LCD Soundsystem

LCD Soundsystem, a Brooklyn-based American rock band, was formed in 2002 by James Murphy, the co-founder of DFA Records. The band's lineup featured Murphy, Nancy Whang, Pat Mahoney, Tyler Pope, Al Doyle, Matt Thornley, and Korey Richey. From their inception, they were signed to DFA Records and later Columbia Records in 2016, showcasing a unique blend of instruments and genres.
