LL Cool J

LL Cool J, born James Todd Smith on January 14, 1968, is an influential American rapper, songwriter, producer, and actor. Known as Ladies Love Cool James (LL CooL J), he emerged in the 1980s, achieving commercial success alongside acts like Beastie Boys and Run-DMC. Signed to Def Jam Recordings in 1984, LL Cool J gained fame with the single "I Need a Beat" and his debut album "Radio" (1985).
