LMFAO, a dynamic American electronic dance music duo, consisted of Redfoo and Sky Blu. Redfoo, the youngest son of Motown Records founder Berry Gordy, and Sky Blu, Gordy's grandson, formed the group in 2006 in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. They gained prominence in the electro house scene, notably with the 2010 hit "Gettin' Over You" in collaboration with David Guetta, reaching number one on the UK Singles Chart.
