M. Ward

Born on October 4, 1973, Matthew Stephen Ward, known as M. Ward, is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist based in Portland, Oregon. His solo career, marked by ten studio albums since 1999, showcases a unique blend of folk and blues-inspired Americana. In addition to his solo work, Ward is a member of the indie pop duo She & Him and the folk-rock supergroup Monsters of Folk. He also actively engages in recording, producing, and collaborating with various artists.
