Within Temptation

Within Temptation, a Dutch symphonic metal band, was founded in 1996 by Sharon den Adel and Robert Westerholt. Known for their atmospheric and melodic symphonic metal/rock sound, they gained public attention in 2001 with the single "Ice Queen" from the album "Mother Earth." The band continued to grow internationally with albums like "The Silent Force" (2004) and "The Heart of Everything" (2007). They also released live albums like "Black Symphony" (2008) and "An Acoustic Night at the Theatre" (2009).
