Anton Zaslavski, professionally known as Zedd, is a Russian-German DJ, record producer, and songwriter. Raised in Kaiserslautern, Germany, Zedd's stage name is derived from the English pronunciation of the first letter of his surname, Z. His breakthrough came in 2012 with "Clarity," featuring Foxes, earning him a Grammy for Best Dance Recording. He released his debut studio album, "Clarity," in the same year, featuring the hit single "Stay the Night" with Hayley Williams.
